CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you wish to cancel your registration, we will issue your refund and you will not be able to participate in any future workshop. Your registration will be automatically canceled and you will be issued a refund.
Space is limited and classes fill up fast. When you register and cancel, you prevent people that actually wish to participate from registering.

INCLEMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
If we cancel a workshop due to inclement weather, you will be allowed to reschedule or request a refund. If you purchased your seat through Groupon, YOU MUST REQUEST YOUR REFUND FROM GROUPON.
RESCHEDULING – Please use this form to reschedule. You will be able to register for the next upcoming class that is at least 7 days away. You will ONLY be allowed one (1) reschedule. If you do not show for that workshop, you will be charged $15 to reschedule.
TRANSFER – If you can't make it to a workshop and wish to gift your seat to someone else, please use this form.
NO SHOW – You will ONLY be allowed one (1) reschedule. If you do not show for that workshop, you will be charged $15 to reschedule.
GROUPON NO SHOW – Groupon's are redeemed at the end of each class. If you register and do not show up for the class, your Groupon Voucher will still be redeemed. You must contact us to receive one new voucher code. You will ONLY be given one (1) reschedule. If you do not show for that workshop, you will be charged $15 to reschedule.
PHOTOS – By registering and participating in any of our workshops you consent to your photo being used solely by Koche Studio for advertising. This contains but is not limited to Social Media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) Print or Electronic. Should you wish not to have your image used, please contact us to have it removed or tell the instructor during the class.

Please note that our products are made of oils derived from nuts or contain and have traces of nuts and nut oils and may have been made alongside other products containing nuts. Koche will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from food and or skin allergies.
Customers should ensure that they and/or their children are suitably supervised at all times to watch for allergic reactions upon the first use of any of the products.
